Open Educational Resources in Northern African Countries

We live in an age of information abundance where everyone can potentially attain all the education they desire. Open Education opens up new ways in which research are disseminated across the globe. In this session, the case study of Open Educational Resources in Northern African Countries and their contribution to access to education at all levels. We also discuss the challenging factors facing the use of OER such as, a lack of policies, strategies that support OER, use, and sharing of OER.
